ANIMAL CRUELTY CASES ON THE INCREASE

There has been a rapid increase in animal cruelty cases across the Cape. This is as the Animal Welfare Society (AWS) of South Africa said they have, over the past three years, investigated an average of 249 animal cruelty cases a month.
